The Art and Science of a PR – Part I

Think back to your first PR. Do you remember what it felt like? (Hint: it happened the first time you ran a race, lifted a barbell or completed a benchmark Crossfit workout. You may have not fully realized you were setting a Personal Record then. You were.)

Cool. Now, think about the second time you PR’d. Even better, right? Chances are you had a plan the second time around, or at least labeled that PR as a concrete goal in your mind.
